Refund policy

  All sales are final on custom/made-to-order items. For stock items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if 
  the item is unused and in original condition. To start a return, email orders@swayzecustomvinyl.com with your order     number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. 
  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll    
  replace it at no cost.
